Information you give us
The contact form on this site asks for your name, email address, phone number and a message. That information is sent by email to RN Patient Advocate of Tucson, LLC so we can respond to your enquiry. It is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing.
Please do not send detailed medical information through this form. The website contact form is not a secure channel for protected health information. For anything clinical, call 520-909-8203 and we will discuss the appropriate way to share it.
Form processing
Form submissions are transmitted through Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, which passes the message to our email inbox. Web3Forms handles the message in transit under its own privacy terms.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, carried over from the previous version of the site so historical data is preserved. These collect standard web analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser opt-out add-on, or by declining analytics cookies in the consent banner on this site.
Embedded content
The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame showing our service area. Google may set cookies and collect data through that embed under its own privacy policy.

Information shared with RN Patient Advocate of Tucson, LLC in the course of an advocacy engagement is handled confidentially and separately from this website. This policy covers the website only; the terms of a client engagement are agreed directly with you.
