Terms of Service
Last updated: August 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of patientadvocatetucson.com, operated by RN Patient Advocate of Tucson, LLC. By using this site you agree to them.
This site is not medical advice
Everything on this website — including the blog, the FAQ and the service descriptions — is general information about patient advocacy. It is not medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it does not establish a nurse-client or any other professional relationship.
Amy DuBois is a Registered Nurse acting as an independent patient advocate. In that role she does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace your treating physicians. Always consult your own qualified healthcare providers about your specific circumstances, and never delay seeking care because of something you read here.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
Contacting us does not create an engagement
Submitting the contact form or calling does not by itself create a client engagement. An advocacy engagement begins only when it is agreed directly between you and RN Patient Advocate of Tucson, LLC, on terms discussed at that time.
Do not send confidential medical information
The website contact form is not a secure channel for protected health information. Please keep enquiries general and call 520-909-8203 to discuss anything clinical.
Accuracy
We make a genuine effort to keep this site accurate and current, but healthcare information changes and no warranty is given that everything here is complete or up to date at the moment you read it.
Third-party links
This site links to external organizations and resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of sites we do not operate.
Intellectual property
The content, design and images on this site belong to RN Patient Advocate of Tucson, LLC or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without consent.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, RN Patient Advocate of Tucson, LLC is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published on this website. This does not limit any obligations arising from an actual advocacy engagement, which are governed by the terms agreed with you directly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
